Ben was recommended to us by a relative and we are so glad we went with him. We came into town and only had four days to house hunt. Ben did a ton of research and spent many hours driving us all over Flathead County. When we found the house we really loved, it was out of our price range. Ben did an excellent job helping us to negotiate the right price so we were able to afford it, yet it was still a fair price for the sellers. Ben was with us every step of the way, always easy to contact, and willing to do whatever it took to get us into the home of our dreams. I highly recommend him!

Ben was always available to show the property on a time schedule convenient to ours. He was quick to respond with accurate, helpful answers to our questions. If return phone calls were required he was speedy with a call back. Ben is a native to this area and thus extremely knowledgeable about the area. We had been looking for a lakefront property for several years and Ben graciously kept us informed as properties came on the market. He also helped us in determining price offers based on current market conditions, communicated our offer quickly and handled the offer/counter offer process efficiently. His assistance throughout the entire process from showing tto closing and after was professionally handled. If we should decide to conduct a real estate transaction in the future, we would contact been to be our agent.
